San Rafael is situated in the heart of the Marin County, just 20 miles north of the famed Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco proper. Surrounded by an abundance of recreational activities including Napa Valley and The Bay, San Rafael is a city that embraces its natural environment. Actually, 30 percent of the city’s land is devoted to parklands, including China Camp State Park.

Adjacent to HWY 101, Northgate has great visibility from both directions of freeway traffic that includes over 61 million vehicles each year.
